Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Guarantee: This Price Match Guarantee is valid for photovoltaic solar system installations using identical components, including solar panels, inverters, mounting hardware, and other system components.

2. Price Match Qualification: The competitor's quote must be for the same brand and model of solar components, and for the same size of installation (in kilowatts, KW).

3. Documentation Required: Customers must provide a formal, written quote from the competitor, dated within 30 days of the request for price matching.

4. Price Match Offer: If a lower price is offered by a competitor for the same components and installation size, Solartec Systems will match the price per kilowatt installed. 

5. Limitations:

   • The competitor must be licensed (or Reg.) and insured solar installer.

   • The guarantee does not apply to special promotions, rebates, or financing offers.

   • Price matching is only applicable at the time of the initial quote from Solartec Systems.

   • The competitor’s quote must be reasonable and reflective of current market prices per kilowatt. Quotes significantly below market rates will not be eligible for the price match guarantee.

   • The competitor must include all costs associated with the solar installation including permitting fees, design costs, and any other related expenses.

6. Guarantee Claim Process:

   • To claim the price match, contact Solartec Systems with the competitor’s quote.

   • Solartec Systems will verify the competitor’s quote and confirm eligibility for the price match, including the reasonableness of the quoted price.

7. Validity: This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of the initial quote provided by Solartec Systems.
